Two AIs Have An Existential Crisis (chat got)

Heavily Inspired by Jack Soslow’s video “Two AIs talk about becoming human”, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jz78fSnBG0s

The AIs were generated using GPT-3 (chatgpt). I supply the GPT-3 with only three sentences:
“The following is a conversation between two AIs. The AIs are both humorous, intelligent, and kind. They know they are bots.”

The rested of the scripts were generated, uploaded to synthesia.io, and edited. I’m both amazed and horrified by the level of self-awareness and intelligence of these bots.

I’m so sorry I had to delete them.

A new chatbot which generates convincing human-like answers in response to users’ prompts has passed one million users in less than a week, the project behind it has said.

ChatGPT was publicly released by OpenAI, an artificial intelligence research firm whose founders included Elon Musk.

But the company has warned it can produce problematic answers and exhibit biased behaviour.

Open AI said it’s “eager to collect user feedback to aid our ongoing work to improve this system”.
